Killing. There is not another word for it.
I watched this with my 3-year-old son. We talked about what was happening through the film. He concluded with, "we don't eat cows, because that's mean." If he can see it, why can't everyone else?

It is mean and in some ways we understand more as we age...in other ways many of us, sadly, understand less.
