The First Cooking of Tofu

I didn't have a recipe, just got some things together that sounded good.

  • firm tofu, drained, skillet fried with Earth Balance spread, seasoned with Italian seasoning and garlic salt
  • angelhair pasta
  • marinara sauce with a can of tomato paste and mixed vegetables
  • grated Follow Your Heart Vegan Gourmet mozzarella style

    At first I didn't think the tofu would cook in time but it turned out great, and all the flavors together were quite nice. I ended up making enough for two helpings of leftovers :)
