This morning I made a delicious smoothie. This is another recipe I got from
"Food for Thought."
1 whole banana
half cup of blueberries
2 or 3 strawberries
a bit of orange juice
about a cup of nondairy milk (I use almond)
my 2 tsp flaxseed for Omega-3s
This made about a 16-ounce glass full, so it could easily be put in a mug for on-the-go. How delicious, and how nutritious.
