A Vegan Home
It's taken nearly a month, cos it's damn expensive to replace almost everything in your pantry and fridge, but we now have a happy Vegan kitchen. I've managed to give away everything that didn't meet my new standards. There are still some Gerber meals of my son's that I don't yet know what to do with. But yes, it feels good to have a safe, cruelty-free array of foods to cook with now. On the plus side, I've lost 5 pounds since I started eating Vegan a month ago. Not bad. Can't wait to see the results of my cholesterol test at the end of February.
